SHIPPING and HANDLING

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of order placement.  Custom or made-to-order items will have a longer processing time.
  • We offer various shipping methods at checkout to meet your needs for expedited or overnight shipping in addition to standard delivery.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For international orders, please use the contact us form and we will work with you directly to get you the best delivery time and cost we can to meet your needs.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order with the selected carrier
  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel or change the order.  That said, see our contact us form and we will work with you on a resolution.

ISSUES or RETURNS

  • Every product we ship is inspected for quality to ensure you receive the product and the experience you expect from aero1.  However, we know “stuff” happens and we are ready to make it right and will work with you to do so!
  • If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, such as a delay or loss, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and/or the carrier to resolve the issue expeditiously
  • Returns are part of the game so use our contact us page to initiate a return.  Please include your name, address, contact number and order number when you reach out.
